Join Heather for an afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your innate ability to relax. This warm (85°) practice begins with grounding Yin yoga postures to quiet the body and prepare the mind. You’ll then be guided through meditation and breathwork to deepen your calm, followed by a nourishing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to promote deep rest and clarity.
All postures are practiced either seated or lying down and are held for several minutes using props to support the body. It is recommended to bring yoga blocks or a bolster for added support. Yoga Nidra is one of the most accessible yet powerful practices for calming the nervous system and enhancing overall well-being. Simply lie down, relax, and receive.
